Due to the attempts to slow global warming, airlines are required to freeze dry people before flight to save in weight. At the other end of your journey, you get rehydrated-BUT-some people can't be properly rehydrated and become RASIN PEOPLE!
Like zombies, rasin people mud attack normal people and suck the water out of them to restore themselves, thus turning those people into rasins.
