A remake of the classic 1976 ABC TV movie. It's being done by Guillermo del Toro (Hellboy, Pan's Labyrinth etc.), and actually looks pretty damn good for a horror movie.

Could this movie actually scare me?
I have yet to see a movie that scares me.

del Toro is pretty good at making people feel uneasy, not to sure about scaring though.

I mean i want a movie that makes me freak out, scared.
I've seen most scary/horror films and non of them do that for me.

Seeing that this is Guillermo Del Toro, I will be seeing this regardless of whether or not I can find a friend to go with me.

I promise you that this thing:
will be in the movie somewhere. He always finds a way to put that thing in his movies.

Have you seen the creatures in the film? You see it for like a second in the trailor in the bedsheet, the face looks vaguely similar to it.

I liked that thing... all it wanted to do was have dinner with someone. IT JUST WANTED A FRIEND!

The only movie ever to legitimately scare me was The Thing.

I Just watched that again recently (The John Carpenter remake), always makes me laugh. The dog revealing itself as The Thing, the part where the guy's head becomes it's own creature is hilarious.
He makes a good point of never using CGI for the monster though, much more organic feeling I suppose.
