| Rank Structure These are the ranks of the Fillorean Society. If you feel you merit consideration for promotion submit a promotion review request with the required information. PLEASE NOTE: Promotion from Recruit to Operative will be done automatically. There is no need to submit an application. Leadership:PremierResponsibilities
- The Premier of the Fillorean Society is the first among equals of the Sophic Council and runs their meetings.
- The Premier is responsible for the overall direction of the Sophic Council. The Premier doesn't rule over the Council, but does set its agenda and directs its activities.
Requirements
- There is only one Premier
- A Premier serves until they choose to step down or until a vote of no confidence passes the Council with a 3/4 majority.
- The Premier’s identity is to be kept secret from all but the Sophic Council, and is to be selected from among them.
- A premier is chosen by majority vote of the Council.

M.I.A.These are members who never resigned or quit from the Society but with whom we've lost contact. If they return, they are re-instated as Operatives. A member will be moved to the M.I.A. list if any of the officers note a lack of activity spanning greater than 2 weeks for which we have not received an explanation. AltsThe Fillorean Society accepts all alts of current members. We understand that people like to RP more than one character and do our best to allow it. With that said, alts must progress through the ranks as if they were a new recruit except that you obviously don't need a separate forum account or membership information sheet. Further, no member can have more than one character at the Council Hand rank or above. If you wish to switch out which character you have in a leadership role in the guild, then your previous character would need to step down.
