| Sigh....Its been so ridiculous that I have to tell you guy's, a good friend of mine which started to play mmo's last year has quite an interesting issue.
First and foremost, he stopped playing Aion a few months ago, a game he joined to play with me which I also dropped, all is fine and well until I asked him recently.
"Did you cancel your Aion account?"
He told me he didnt, I told him he should cancel it or they will charge him again for another year. Of course, not being knowledgeable with "payment plans" he states that he isnt playing anymore so they wont charge him, I spent a good couple of minutes explaining to him how "payment plans" works in mmo and then strongly suggest him to cancel his account. He accepted.
Sigh....although...its not over yet...my friend calls me and tells me he doesnt remember his password, I then suggested to him to check his e-mails, his account info should have been sent to him when he subscribed, he then told me he deleted it a longtime ago "faceslap". I explained to him he should never delete these kind of e-mails, you never know when you'll need them. So I create for him a folder in his e-mail"since he didnt know how" to store his game e-mails. Then I suggest him to use the option on his main account that states "Forgot Password" from there, he should be able to receive his account information. All should be good.
Sigh....not really...both questions asked, he knows the answers but they say they are the wrong answers...I tried to help him out there, using various variants of his answers with caplocks, spaces, etc etc...nothing works...I asked him to put a customer support ticket and request a password reset.. All should be fine..
Sigh...no matter what I do...there is always something...He's not bilingual and dont understand English even worst to type it. So I write the customer support ticket for him.
The main question now is. "Whats Next??"
Did I miss a step, any cosntructive suggestion to help my friend will be greatly appreciated although I think I covered it all, perhaps I missed something.

| Help your friend? You pretty much did it for him... tell him he owes you an ice cream or even better, a pie. | |

As you can see, it failed. Ah, I'm onto it now. Maybe I'm just having a slow day today, but the obscurity kinda blunted the joke's impetus.

| That's a rather bleak outlook to be taking. A better one would be "Sometimes I don't succeed as much as usual." | |

Thanks, but I do fail hard sometimes. Sometimes, I have really bad days........... Well that's better then. Call them "Bad Days" or "Off Days". The implication is then that you usually have good days.
