I'm so glad! (Even though I don't really like either candidate, I prefer OBAMa over Romney; and especially over Romney's shitty fucking VP, Paul Ryan). All he needs is pretty much Ohio, and well, he's quite far ahead in Ohio right now.

Obama was just declared the victor, for those who haven't heard. Got 273 Electoral, to Romney's 203.

While my timing is going to seem rather poor due to it already being over, general polling trends indicated it was over before the first presidential debate. I know that sounds crazy, but Romney's campaign had to pull out of two states (I want to say Pennsylvania and Michigan, but I'm not sure) because they couldn't make any serious headroom in the polls. This lead to the situation where if he couldn't flip several Obama states and run the table on the swing states he was guaranteed to lose.

I think a lot of the mystery came from the media playing up national polls over state polls, or people simply not looking into it and convincing themselves otherwise.

I am glad Romney lost... Most Republicans are godfearing retards.
If Ron Paul was in the race, well... That would have been a better candidate because Ron Pauls brain functions at least.
I am relieved Obama won... Though in America that doesn't really make a difference.

Well atm I'm mediocre happy with my life... so I can't say having 4 more years of mediocre is bad. Of course... this means 4 more years of searching for a job in my field... and no help on my student loans... and god forbid... Obamacare (shivers). Could be worse I suppose...
