If you read Greek texts from during polytheism, they will frequently bring them up. For example in Plato's Euthyphro, the character of Euthyphro justifies his bringing the ancient Greek version of a modern day lawsuit against his father for murder by pointing out how Kronus castrates his father (Ouranos) for trying to prevent the birth of Kronus' siblings, and how Zeus overthrows Kronus for doing the same thing.

Plus rather famous works like Hesiod's Theogony make a point to include as many as possible.

And Prometheus is a titan.

Usually when people say Greek Gods, they think of the Pantheon, so I was assuming only the Pantheon would be allowed.
