Chewing one's dinner with one's mouth open really bugs me. Especially when my mom does it, she manages to make smacking noises for EVERYTHING plus spill food on herself every meal.
That and when I have a friend come over and he chews ice, plus needs a cup of water every 12 minutes but always loses the cup until my house is littered with 1/4 full cups of room temp water.
