"Best"...female voice actors in BioWare history. Believe they both signed on to do some voices in Star Wars: The Old Republic as well. Once you become a BioWare VA, there is no going back.

Since they made Miranda look pretty much exactly like Yvonne... I wonder if they made Tali look like Liz

Don't know, though Yvonne, in my opinion, is the "best" (meaning hawtest) female BioWare voice actor. However, my favorite female BioWare voice actor still remains to be Jennifer Hale.
